I established this real estate investment resource portal for anyone with a yearning to discover how to start and make money - or generate even MORE money - by investing in residential single family homes, multi-units, fix and flip properties, condos, land,  and commercial property anywhere.

I'm also known as the "Motivational Momma", what the heck they started calling me that and it stuck!  I believe that you can achieve whatever you desire and strongly encourage people to have faith in themselves.  You can overcome challenges!  We all have them, it's a part of life, goodness knows I've had more than my fair share, but looking at me and listening to me, you wouldn't know it! 

The difference is how we choose to view, react and respond to those challenges.  Everyone has a choice in how they react to things every moment of the day. The key piece to realize is that you need to exercise that choice all the time, find the positive in any situation and let it go.  My firm belief in this is the reason that I have included a large section on motivation and inspiration for you on this site.

Starting out as a mom and son real estate investment team, we hit the ground running with tremendous success.  At the same time, my son and I spent two full years and invested thousands of hours of time researching, investing in, then building this web portal with just one, simple goal in mind.

Life is full of changes and challenges as we all know and I now provide this site for you on my own.

I wanted to equip Women (OK guys, you're allowed too!), and soon-to-be-investors with some high quality, FREE real estate investing information, and offer only the best proven creative residential and commercial real estate investment programs and million dollar business opportunity building resources of all time.  I also wanted to provide you with alternative business opportunities to create residual income, businesses that I believe in and am affiiated with.

My mission is to help 100,000 Women & Families Achieve Financial Freedom.  Sounds like a large vision but it's entirely possible with using real estate and/or residual income.  Ideally both vehicles are the best in my mind, I prefer not to put 'all my eggs in one basket' so to speak and encourage you to do the same.

My mission is to teach them to do this safely, efficiently, and cost effectively, using my "How to Build Your Families Million Dollar Real Estate Empire" system, working from home using the tools, resouces and support services I and my affiliate partners provide.

To me, most often the woman is the cornerstone of family solidarity.
